- Arrival Time: arrive at the airport at least 2 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Check-In Closure: Most of our airlines closed their check-in counters 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Essential Document: Approach the check-in counter at the ground floor of the terminal with valid Passport and air ticket or booking confirmation.
- Boarding Pass: Ensure that you are issued with the correct boarding pass that matches your flight number before leaving the check-in counter.
- Online Check-In: Available for most airlines; verify your carrier or contact their representative here.
Baggage Drop-off
- Weight Limits: Weight your luggage before reaching the check in counter to stay within weight limit or prepare to pay additional fees if luggage exceed airline require weight limit.
- Baggage Condition: Ensure your luggage is sturdy and well-secured. Plastic bags are prohibited as they are prone to tearing.
- Baggage Identity: Tag all bags with name and contact inside & outside the bag. Use bright luggage tags for easy identity and take a photo of your bag before check-in.
- Easy Access: Keep valuables and essential documents in carry-on for quick access.

Essential Document: Approach the security screening point with valid Passport, boarding pass and air ticket.

Proceeding to Boarding: After checking in, immigration and security formalities, it’s advisable to head directly to the boarding lounge and counter check your travelling document for departure.
